Import Clearance

We provide Customs Clearance and Delivery for cargo arriving by air and sea at all UK airports and seaports. Manchester, London Gateway, London Heathrow, Felixstowe, Southampton, Immingham, Grangemouth and Liverpool are all served. European road haulage requires customs clearance at both origin and destination as well as T1 transit documentation when necessary and ENS for UK arrivals. We handle cargo clearances of cargo arriving at Dover, Portsmouth and Plymouth.  

Standard documents required for most cargo shipments will be a commercial invoice and packing list. You will also need to provide details of the product in order for goods to be classified, or be able to provide the tariff heading.  Refer to our page on Classification

First time importers will require a GB EORI number, which can be applied for through the HMRC.gov website.
